Designed for Food Network star Rachael Ray and branded with her name, this six-piece Gusto Grip cutlery set includes a 3-1/2-inch paring knife, a 6-inch serrated utility knife, an 8-inch bread knife, a 5-inch scalloped East/West knife, and a 7-3/4-inch cook's knife--all held neatly in an attractive bamboo block. Crafted from a single, seamless piece of the finest CrMoV German stainless-steel alloys, each knife is then hardened and tempered for maximum edge retention, ease of sharpening, and long-lasting durability. The cutting edges are finished to extreme sharpness at the factory by a patented Tech Edge Pro sharpening system. In addition, forged solid bolsters and heavy tangs offer enhanced strength, while solid cast stainless-steel counterweight tails provide ideal weighting and balance. The handle on each knife features a patented reverse wedge shape to ensure the ultimate grip, and molded integrally with the TPR synthetic rubber outer layer is a hygienic, durable PP handle core. To clean, the knives should be washed by hand and dried thoroughly. The six-piece cutlery set measures approximately 10-2/3 by 2-3/4 by 12-1/4 inches and carries a limited lifetime warranty.

I own Rachael Ray's 3 piece knife set; they are great; sturdy, sharp, wonderfully weighted. They are "Australian designed hardened German stainless steel". The bamboo box is not of great quality and maybe that was made in China.

Great Knives
I bought these knives for my wife, mainly because she is a huge Rachel Ray fan. These knives are terrific. They are very sharp, come in a nice block, and the handles are very comfortable. My wife is a petite 5', so the rubbarized, conformed grips fit her hands perfectly.
